  • Our prices are fixed and all inclusive (taxes, charges, parking etc.)
  • We are carry your lugguage very carefully for not loss or damage to any property/luggage carried in our vehicles.
  • We will not accept any responsibility for late arrival to your destination because of traffic, road conditions or any other cause.

 

  • If your flight delays we monitor it and we will send the Driver to Airport according to your arrival time.
  • Free waiting time is up to 2 hour from the time flight lands, after that we charge €2 per 15 minutes.
  • All our vehicles are non-smoking.
  • We accept paypal online payment and  Turkish miles smiles  credit cards without extra charge.
  • If you are late booking online please call us first for availability.
  • If you leave Airport without calling us, we can’t refund your money.
  • Our Cancellation charges:
  • 25% cancellation charge if you cancel more than 24 hour prior to pick-up time.
  • 50% cancellation charge if you cancel within 12 to 24 hour prior to pick-up time.
  • 100% cancellation charge if you cancel within 12 hours prior to pick-up time.
  • There may be an amendment charge if you need to change date or time of the pickup.
  • If your flight is diverted to another airport, and if you request pickup from that airport we may send the driver subject to availability and new charges will apply.
  • In case of a no show of the passenger in airport or in pickup address, there will be no refund.

Terms and Conditions

  • For any bookings to pickup within 12hrs, please call us on 0090 534 764 11 80 if you are in the TURKEY. Or on our local numbers in your country.
  • All airport/Seaport pickup bookings are strongly advised to pay in advance using Pay pal sytem to  pay  online.
  • Please note babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose
  • We can provide baby/booster seat for free of charge if requested at time of the booking. The passenger must specify child’s age on comment section on booking form.
  • Please note that we provide child seats as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, we cannot gurantee, suitability for your child, or availability for your journey. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger's discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
  • Additional drop offs and pickups will be charged per mile with a minimum fee of €5.00 per diversation.
  • Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport.
  • All pickups from the airports and cruise ports are allowed 1 hour and 20 minutes free from the landing time/docking time.Our driver will come inside the airport/Seaport 20 minutes after the landing time and wait there for another 2 Hour for free. There after waiting time will be charged €8.00 for every hour. Flight delays are exempt from this charges.

 

Pickups from home, hotel, offices and other venues are allowed 10 minutes from the actual booked time, thereafter 25p per minute (minimum £3.00) will be added to the fare quoted.
Please call our office if you cannot locate our driver at the appointed meeting point 0203 384 2076. 
If the passenger missed a flight this information must be informed to us immediately so that we will notify the driver not to enter the airport for that pick up. If the journey was pre paid it will be refunded after deducting £6.00 for bank charges. However if the passenger wises to take a later flight we will provide the service at no extra cost.

  • All prices are quoted per car.
  • No show is defiend as follows: If passenger books a private hire car with us and failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include home, hotel and other private address.

This will include wrong date wrong time bookings.
If a passenger books a pick up from an airport and fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall.This means that the driver will wait at the airport up to 1 hour 30 mins from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet within this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airport will be considered as a no show.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport

  • Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.
  • Our saloon and estate cars are insured for maximum of 4 passengers.

    Our MPVs (Many people Carrier) are insured for maximum of 6 or 7 Passengers.
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct type of vehicle in order to carry the numbers of passengers and luggage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe on the road.

    Passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.

    Cancellations must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time if your within London postcodes and You are required to inform us 4 hours prior if you from outer areas.
  • The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the trafic, time, road closures, diversions.
  • Hummingbird Cars does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
  • Payment on this site is processed via a secure server.
  • A booking/reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone.
  • Cancellations informed between 3 and 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £5 cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation informed between 4 to 2 hours prior to the journey will incur 50% of the booking price.
  • Cancellation not informed up to 2 hours before pick up time will incur 100% of the booking price
  • Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.
  • hummingbird  reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.
  • Illustrations, photographs and description on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents serve merely as a guide and will not be binding.
  • The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office.
  • No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with reference number.
  • All online "cash bookings" booked 36 hours before the booking date must be reconfirmed prior of 24 hours of the pick up time.
    No car will be send out for the online cash bookings, if we did not received reconfirmation, booked with incorrect information, or passenger who can not contacted at least 6 hours prior of the pick up time.

  • If using the 10% limited offer, the 5% return discount will not be applicable. The 10% offer does not include 8Seater transfers.
